What was given
A home-repair business (made up). A jobs spreadsheet and a customer list, messy the way real ones are, and one line about what they want:
Keep track of my jobs and customers, who has paid, and what is due this week.

How it looks when created
Job Tracker: A job tracker for a home-repair business: every job with its customer, crew, dates, quote and what is still owed, and each customer with their jobs and balance. The jobs sheet and the customer list become the starting data, cleaned up.
What it does
- Balance owed per job and per customer (cancelled jobs owe nothing)
- Overdue jobs and jobs due this week
- Possible duplicate customers (the same phone number)
- Work quoted by month, by customer and by crew
What was cleaned up
- Dates are written several ways (10/3/2026, 2026-10-05, Oct 9); each becomes one date.
- Customer names are typed differently in places (GREEN LEAF CAFE, Green Leaf Cafe); they are matched to one customer.
- Status and Paid? use several spellings (DONE, done, Y, PAID); each becomes one choice.
- The TOTAL row at the bottom is checked against the jobs above it and left out of the list.
Try it on your PC
The same sample as a Windows app (Windows 10 or 11). It is read-only and has only this invented data, so you can’t add or change anything in it.
