Proof is a sample app for a bakery that also caters. Counter, phone and e-mail orders come together in one list, and that list becomes tomorrow’s bake plan, with mix and proof times worked out for you. Catering events get their own quotes, head counts and tasting dates.

Orders, bake plans, recipes and catering events.

Proof is a sample with sample data. Your app is built around your own steps, fields and names.
Orders arrive from everywhere: a voicemail for two dozen rolls, an e-mail about a birthday cake, a sticky note for a standing Friday order. If one of them never reaches the board, you find out when the customer walks in to collect it.
Catering brings its own trouble. A client still hasn’t confirmed the head count three days out. Butter went up again, and the per-guest price you quoted last spring no longer covers the food. Someone asks whether the lemon tarts contain almond flour, and the answer depends on who made them.
Every order lands in one list, however it came in. The app scales each recipe to the day’s quantities and lays out the bake plan with mix and proof times, so the early shift knows what goes in first. Any order for tomorrow that isn’t scheduled yet is flagged.
Recipes are costed at your current flour and butter prices, and ingredient price jumps show up as invoices arrive. Labels print with ingredients and allergens, and an allergen warning sits on every order. For catering, it writes quotes per guest, chases final head counts and keeps the temperature logs your team records.
It fits a neighborhood bakery with a few wholesale accounts, a cake studio that works by order only, or a caterer that bakes its own bread and desserts. Bakers, counter staff and whoever books events each get the screens for their part of the day, on whichever device is closest.
Yes. The app can take orders and payment online, and those orders drop straight into the same list as everything else. When an order is ready, the customer gets a text. Standing orders from regulars repeat on their own, so the Friday rye is never forgotten.
It is built around them. On the free call, show me how you keep recipes now, whether that is a binder, a spreadsheet or a whiteboard. I set up your yields, batch sizes and units, and the scaling and costing work from there.
You get a written quote after the free call, once I know what you need. As a guide, a small app starts from $999, a medium one from $2,999 and a big one from $6,999, with care plans from $99/month. The first demo costs nothing.
“Being one day after our 3rd party audit of our GMP and food safety procedures, and our improved maintenance system was a positive and important part of that audit, I would like to thank Ciscom for the software they made for us. It helped us organize the maintenance department and eased the scheduling of preventive maintenance as well as keeping record of spare parts in inventory.”

“Our tCaretraK system, custom created by Ciscom, is a dream come true! I’d just to tick off a few of the amazing accomplishments that we were able to achieve. Since implementation, our records have become streamlined, to the point of redefining our entire approach to being a paperless office. The fully customizable auto emails land in the pre-designated persons email with the precision of a fine-tuned watch. Finally, as a Director, I can’t begin to tell you how amazing Ciscom’s “History” feature is. Gone are the finger pointing games between employees as there’s a clear trail of each and every entry/change/update.”
