Many vendors, one deadline
Vendor contracts, deposit dates and insurance certificates arrive by e-mail and get lost in the thread. The caterer needs the final count by Tuesday, and the RSVP spreadsheet is three versions out of date.
Then the budget drifts as invoices come in, a guest’s allergy gets missed on the seating chart, and on the day itself the florist calls asking when load-in starts. Every change has to reach every vendor, and someone always has the old schedule.
One timeline everyone works from
The app builds the run-of-show from your timeline and plans load-in and setup times. Guests RSVP online, and their meal choices, allergies and access needs land on the guest list and the seating chart. The budget updates as invoices arrive and warns you when it runs over.
It flags vendor deadlines and deposits, catches a vendor booked for two events at once and tracks missing insurance certificates. Before the day, it reminds you of final counts and sends each vendor the schedule. Clients get a weekly update and a shared planning checklist.

Can guests RSVP without downloading anything?
Yes. Guests answer from a web link on any phone or computer. They choose a meal, note allergies or access needs, and get directions and parking details. Their answers go straight onto your guest list and seating chart.
What if the timeline changes the week before?
Change it once in the app and send the updated day-of schedule to every vendor in one step. Nobody works from last week’s version, and you no longer have to chase who saw which copy. The run-of-show updates with it.
What does a planning app like this cost?
