Small details, wet dogs, full days
Notes about each dog are scattered across texts, a paper card and your own memory. A new groomer on the team doesn’t know which dog needs a muzzle. A vaccine record ran out last month, and nobody caught it before the appointment.
Walkers and sitters juggle keys, alarm codes and routes across town. Owners text asking how the walk went while you are holding three leashes. A no-show leaves an hour empty, and package payments get tracked on a whiteboard that nobody updates.
Every pet’s notes, wherever you work
Each pet has its own record: the usual cut, the blade length, health or behavior warnings and favorite treats. The app tracks vaccine dates and flags pets whose records are out of date. Owners book grooms and walks online, and open slots get filled from the waitlist.
For walks and sitting jobs, the app plans the route and keeps key and alarm codes with the visit. After a walk it sends the owner a report with the route and time. After a groom, the owner gets a photo and a ready text. It warns when a groom runs long, catches double bookings and bills packages automatically.
Grooming shops, vans and solo walkers
It fits a grooming salon with a few tables, a mobile groomer working out of a van, or a pet-sitting and walking business with a handful of staff. Your app uses your services, your package names and your own booking rules.

Dog groomers and pet sitters: common questions
Can I ask for a deposit from owners who miss appointments?
Yes. The app spots owners with a history of no-shows and can ask them for a deposit when they book. Everyone else books as normal. You set the amount and choose which services it applies to.
Where are door and alarm codes kept?
Key and alarm codes are saved with each sitting client and shown with the visit, so the walker at the door has them. I can set it up so only certain staff see them. When a job ends, the code stays on file for the next booking.
Is the cost different for groomers and walkers?
The price depends on what the app needs to do, not on the kind of pet business. You get a written quote after the free call. Small apps start from $999, Medium from $2,999 and Big from $6,999, with care plans from $99/month.
