Pawchart is a sample app for a veterinary clinic. Clients book online, vaccine and checkup reminders go out on time, the vet dictates notes between exam rooms, and the owner gets a text when their dog or cat is ready to go home, with a plain-language summary of the visit.

Appointments, records, vaccines and reminders.

Pawchart is a sample with sample data. Your app is built around your own steps, fields and names.
The day runs on interruptions. A dog arrives early, a cat is late, someone calls about a refill and the lab results need filing. Notes get finished after closing. At checkout, the nail trim or the extra injection never makes it onto the bill.
Over the months, other things slip. Pets fall behind on vaccines and dental cleanings. A treatment the owner declined is never mentioned again. A common medicine runs out on the shelf. The controlled-drug log waits until someone remembers it.
The app writes visit notes from the vet’s dictation for review, files lab results in the record and builds estimates from the treatment plan. It does the dose arithmetic by weight for the vet to check, warns about drug interactions and allergies already noted in the record, and tracks each pet’s weight over time.
At the front, it catches charges missed at checkout, orders medicines when stock runs low and drafts referral letters. It flags overdue vaccines, pets overdue for dental care and declined treatments worth raising again, and reminds you to keep the controlled-drug log current. Owners can request refills online.
It suits a one- or two-vet clinic, a busy small animal hospital, or a mobile vet who works from a van. Receptionists, technicians and vets each get the screens for their own work, and practice owners can see revenue and missed charges without a stack of reports.
Your vets do, always. The app drafts notes, does the arithmetic and raises warnings, but it does not diagnose or prescribe. Every note and every dose it works out is there for a vet to read, change and approve.
Yes. Vaccine, checkup and dental reminders go out in your clinic’s words and on your schedule. The app can also text owners when a pet is ready, send a note on the pet’s birthday and ask for a review after the visit.

“Being one day after our 3rd party audit of our GMP and food safety procedures, and our improved maintenance system was a positive and important part of that audit, I would like to thank Ciscom for the software they made for us. It helped us organize the maintenance department and eased the scheduling of preventive maintenance as well as keeping record of spare parts in inventory.”

“Our tCaretraK system, custom created by Ciscom, is a dream come true! I’d just to tick off a few of the amazing accomplishments that we were able to achieve. Since implementation, our records have become streamlined, to the point of redefining our entire approach to being a paperless office. The fully customizable auto emails land in the pre-designated persons email with the precision of a fine-tuned watch. Finally, as a Director, I can’t begin to tell you how amazing Ciscom’s “History” feature is. Gone are the finger pointing games between employees as there’s a clear trail of each and every entry/change/update.”
