Where a salon day slips away
Most of the day is spent with scissors or clippers in hand, so the phone goes to voicemail and the front desk falls behind. A client cancels at nine, and the gap at eleven sits empty because nobody had time to call the waitlist.
Color formulas live on index cards or in one stylist’s head. When that stylist is out, the regular gets a shade that is close but not right. Commission and tips get worked out by hand at the end of the week, and the numbers rarely match the first time.
Book, remember and rebook from one screen
Clients book online around each stylist’s real hours, and when someone cancels, the app offers the slot to the waitlist. It saves a formula from a quick note or a photo of the bowl, so the next visit starts with the right mix. It also learns that one client’s balayage takes longer than another’s and books the time to match.
The app spots clients who often miss appointments and asks them for a deposit. It flags anyone who hasn’t been back in ten weeks, warns when a product is running low and reminds stylists about patch tests. By Saturday night, commission and tips are already split.
From one chair to a full floor

Can clients choose their own stylist or barber?
Yes. Clients can pick a favorite and see only that person’s open times. If the favorite is fully booked, the app can offer the waitlist or another stylist who does the same services. Walk-ins can still be added at the desk in a few taps.
What happens with late cancellations?
You tell me your policy on the free call, and the app follows it. It flags cancellations that fall inside your window, and for clients who miss often it can ask for a deposit when they book. Whether a fee is charged is always your decision.
How much does a salon app cost?
