A custom app for daycares and preschools

Teachers write daily sheets by hand while watching a room of toddlers. Naps, meals and diaper changes go on a clipboard by the door. At pickup, a grandparent the staff has never met is waiting, and someone runs to the office to check the list.

The office has its own pile. A room drifts over ratio when a teacher goes on break. A substitute doesn’t know about a peanut allergy. Immunization records expire without anyone noticing, training dates slip, and late tuition sits unpaid for months.

Teachers tap children in and out, log meals, naps and diapers, and add a quick note. The app turns those into a daily report with photos for each family, and shares a photo only with the families of the children in it. Allergies come up at every meal and snack.

The office gets a warning when a room is off the ratio you set, when an immunization record has expired, and when someone not on the pickup list is at the door. Staff schedules are built around your ratios, training reminders go out on time, incidents are logged with time and witnesses, and tuition and late fees are billed for you.

It fits a home daycare, a single center with a few classrooms or a small group of centers. Directors, teachers, aides and the office manager each get their own view, and parents get messages, photos and reports on their phone, in their own language.
