RouteCard plans the fastest route each morning, re-plans when a job runs long, and texts customers an arrival time. It sends the tech with the right skills and suggests which parts to load. A photo of the unit’s label pulls up the model and warranty, and the tech’s notes become the invoice, with card payment taken on site.

Behind the scenes it keeps van stock counts as parts get used and warns when something is missing before the tech leaves. It spots repeat calls to the same address, flags jobs priced below your margin, tracks callbacks by tech, and points out warranty work you can bill the maker for. Unpaid invoices get polite reminders without anyone picking up the phone.
