Re-keying the same policy again
A new prospect sends a photo of their current declarations page, and someone types every line into each carrier’s quote form. Comparing the results means a spreadsheet built from scratch each time.
Renewals with a big price jump surprise the client before they reach you. A policy lapses for non-payment and the client finds out after a claim. Calls and e-mails are scattered across inboxes, so the next person to pick up the phone starts from zero.
Quotes, renewals and claims in one file
The app reads a declarations page from a photo and fills in quote forms from the client’s current policy. It lays carriers out side by side and builds a coverage summary for each client. Calls and e-mails are logged to the client file as they happen.
It warns about renewals with big price jumps, flags policies about to lapse and spots gaps in coverage or clients who could bundle. It catches missing signatures and tracks your license and CE dates. Clients can start a claim by text, and the app follows it from first call to payment.

Can it explain coverage to clients?
It drafts plain-language explanations of a client’s coverage for you to check before they go out. It does not decide what coverage anyone needs or recommend a carrier on its own. That conversation stays between you and your client.
Will it notice when a family’s needs change?
It picks up life changes noted in the client file, like a new teen driver or a move, and suggests a review. It remembers birthdays and new drivers in the family, sends renewal reminders early and invites clients to a yearly policy review.
How is the price set for an agency app?
