The paperwork around every shoot
A wedding means a questionnaire, a contract, a deposit, a timeline, a shot list and family groupings to remember. Each one lives in a different place. One unsigned contract or a forgotten payment date can turn into an awkward conversation with a client.
After the shoot, thousands of frames need culling before editing even starts. Galleries go out late because the week filled up. Memory cards sit in a bag without a backup, and a golden-hour portrait session gets planned without a look at the forecast.
From questionnaire to gallery link
The client’s questionnaire becomes your shot list. Contracts and invoices are drafted from your packages, and the app flags any contract still unsigned and warns before a payment is due. It plans the day around sunrise and sunset and points out bad weather for outdoor shoots.
After the shoot it culls blurry and duplicate photos, tags images by person and moment, and reminds you to back up the cards. Galleries go out with one link, and clients pick favorites there. The app also tracks model releases and galleries that are running late.

It is for wedding and portrait photographers, family and newborn studios, and small teams with a second shooter or an assistant. Your app uses your own packages, questionnaires and delivery times, not a template someone else wrote.

Photographers: common questions
Can clients choose their favorite photos in the gallery?
Yes. Clients open the gallery from one link and mark their favorites. You see the picks in the app, which helps with album layouts and print orders. The app can also offer prints and albums from the same gallery.
Will it stop me from double-booking a date?
It checks every new booking against your calendar and catches a date that is already taken, including second-shooter days if you track them. You see the conflict before the contract goes out, not after the deposit arrives.
What happens on the free call?
You walk me through how a booking goes today, from the first inquiry to the final gallery. Show me your questionnaire, contract and any spreadsheets you keep. I then build a working first version you can try within days, and we change it together.
