An add-on to any CISCOM plan, billed with it: monthly, or yearly with 2 months free. Requests are counted per month either way. Cancel or change your Custom Features plan anytime.

We'll remind you 3 days before your 14-day trial ends. When it ends, your subscription starts and the card you added is charged. You won't be charged anything before then.
If CISCOM isn't right for you, an admin can cancel from the billing page in CISCOM before the trial ends, and nothing is charged.
Yes. An admin can switch between Starter, Pro and Premium, or between monthly and yearly billing, from the billing page in CISCOM. The change takes effect at your next renewal, so you're never charged twice. During your free trial it takes effect right away.

Yes, anytime. An admin cancels from the billing page in CISCOM. It takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, or at the end of your free trial, and nothing more is charged. There are no refunds for time already paid, and you can change your mind before then.
Your data is never deleted. After your subscription ends you can still sign in, view and export it, and restart whenever you like.
We retry the payment and let you know. You then have a 7-day grace period to sort it out. If it still hasn't gone through after that, your account is paused until payment is made.
Your data is always kept. It is never deleted because of a failed payment.
A small feature, such as a new report, dashboard card, export or field, is 1 request. A new screen, workflow or automation is 3 requests. Larger projects are estimated in requests first and can be spread over several months.
You always get a fixed estimate in requests and approve it before any work starts. Unused requests roll over to the next month (for up to 1 month), and small tweaks within 30 days of delivery are free and don't use a request.
They stay part of your CISCOM account, ready for your whole team to use.
If you choose Share & save, other CISCOM clients may get the same feature too, and you get a bonus request the next month.
Yes. Card numbers are never stored, only a secure token from the card processor. Donor cards show just the last four digits of a card on file.
